Mr. He Xi Meets with Mr. Xu Zhongjian, the Secretary of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee

On April 19, 2023, Mr. He Xi, Chief Engineer (New Energy) of SPIC and Chairman of CPID, met with Mr. Xu Zhongjian, the Secretary of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee, and his delegation at the headquarters of CPID. They had an in-depth exchange of views on promoting new energy industry and other programs in Huaihua. Mr. Gao Ping, Executive Director and President of CPID; Mr. Zhao Yonggang, Vice President of CPID; Mr. Chen Jing, Member of the Standing Committee of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor of Huaihua; Mr. Li Weilin, Member of the Standing Committee of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and Secretary-General of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee; and Ms. Han Xiaobo, Deputy Mayor of Huaihua, participated in the meeting.

Mr. He Xi first extended a warm welcome to Mr. Xu Zhongjian and his delegation, and expressed his gratitude to Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and Huaihua Municipal Government for their long-standing support for CPID. Then, Mr. He Xi introduced CPID's new development strategy and the achievements made by CPID in new energy, green energy, and supporting China's "3060" target. He said that there was a good foundation for the cooperation between CPID and Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and Huaihua Municipal Government, and CPID would deliver its role as a state-owned enterprise and strengthen cooperation with Huaihua City in wind and solar power, energy storage, industrial supporting projects, rural revitalization, targeted poverty alleviation and environmental governance, to boost the high-quality development of the local economy.

Mr. Xu Zhongjian expressed his appreciation for the investment and development of CPID in Huaihua. Xu said that Huaihua had been fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, the new mission entrusted by Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Provincial Government, and the "Five News and Four Cities" strategy, by greatly building Huaihua into an international inland port, promoting development of industries, and fostering a favorable business environment. Also, Xu said that Huaihua would spare no effort to support CPID's investment and development in Huaihua, and hoped CPID to increase its investment in Huaihua and promote the development of new energy and clean energy in Huaihua.
