CPID Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with CRCC14

Recently, CPID signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Railway 14th Bureau Group Corporation Limited (CRCC14). Mr. Huangfu Yafei, Chairman of Shangqiu Cogeneration Co., Ltd., and Mr. Lu Gang, General Manager of Central Plains Region of CRCC14, witnessed the signing of the agreement.

At the meeting, both sides communicated and exchanged views on the expansion of new energy market areas, business cooperation mode, and key resources acquisition, and reached a consensus on cooperation in the development of new energy power stations, operation business and other fields.

Mr. Huangfu gave a detailed introduction to the development profile of CPID, its strategic layout and achievements in wind power, PV power, energy storage and other green energy industries, saying that the cooperation would help further deepen the utilization of resources and business integration among state-owned enterprises and release innovation capacity.

Mr. Lu welcomed Mr. Huangfu and his delegation, and introduced the history and development plan of CRCC14. Mr. Lu expressed the hope that both sides would give full play to their respective expertise in infrastructure investment and construction and new energy industry development, and jointly develop clean and low-carbon innovative projects to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.

According to the agreement, both sides will focus on cooperation around the integrated source-grid-load-storage projects supporting the Jiyuan Big Data Center project, and drive comprehensive cooperation in power consumption, marketing and other aspects.
