Mr. He Xi Meets Mr. Hu Bo, Director of Energy Administration of Shandong Province

On May 29, 2023, Mr. Hu Bo, Deputy Director of Shandong Development and Reform Commission and Director of Energy Administration of Shandong Province, and his delegation visited CPID headquarters in Hong Kong. Mr. He Xi, Chairman of CPID, and Mr. Xing Fu, Executive Director and GM of SPIC Shandong Energy Development Co., Ltd., participated in the research and exchange.

During the discussion, Mr. He introduced the overall situation of CPID and had an in-depth exchange on the future development of CPID in Shandong region. Mr. He said that in the energy development segment, CPID will further increase its efforts in developing integrated energy projects such as geothermal energy utilization to promote the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of Shandong Province; in the modern agriculture segment, CPID plans to cooperate with Shandong Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd. to achieve breakthroughs in the integration of the agricultural and energy industries; in the emerging industry segment, CPID will take advantage of Xinyuan Jinwu, a subsidiary of CPID, in the research, development and promotion of new material technologies to support and lead the development of the new energy industry in the high-quality economic development.

Mr. Hu expressed his appreciation for the contributions of CPID and SPIC Shandong Energy Development Co., Ltd. to the energy development and the construction of new power systems in Shandong Province, and congratulated CPID for its outstanding performance in the listed company segment. Mr. Hu expressed his hope that CPID will better integrate into the overall situation of green, low-carbon and high-quality development in Shandong Province, continue to make efforts in the construction of large-scale wind and solar power bases, geothermal energy and emerging industries, help optimize and adjust the energy economic structure of Shandong Province with industrial implementation, and contribute CPID's strength to the green and low-carbon energy transition of Shandong Province.
