CPID Holds Annual General Meeting in Hong Kong

In the morning of June 8, 2023, CPID held its annual general meeting in Hong Kong. The meeting was chaired by Mr. He Xi, Chairman and Executive Director, and attended by Mr. Gao Ping, Executive Director and President, Mr. Zhou Jie, Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Li Fang, Mr. Qiu Jiachi and Mr. Xu Hanzhong, Independent Non-Executive Directors. Eight proposals were approved during the meeting, such as the audited consolidated financial statements for 2022, the reports of the Board of Directors and the auditors, the declaration of the annual dividend for 2022, the re-election and retirement of directors, the appointment of non-executive directors and the re-appointment of auditors.

During the Q&A session, Mr. He, Mr. Gao and Mr. Shou Rufeng, Vice President, responded to the shareholders' concerns regarding CPID's future dividend payout policy, operation of thermal power plants and other related issues. Through the communication, shareholders deepened their understanding and appreciation of CPID's operation and clean energy development strategy.
