Mr. He Xi Meets Mr. Luan Jian, Chairman of SDGT

On June 16, 2023, Mr. He Xi, Chief Engineer (New Energy) of SPIC and Chairman of CPID, met with Mr. Luan Jian, Chairman of Shandong State-owned Assets Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (SDGT), and his delegation at CPID's headquarters. Mr. Gao Ping, Executive Director and President of CPID, Mr. Shou Rufeng, Vice President of CPID, Mr. Zhao Yonggang, Vice President of CPID, and Mr. Xu Ji, Chief Accountant of CPID, attended the meeting.

Mr. He welcomed Mr. Luan and his delegation, and introduced CPID's achievements in actively implementing China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy, establishing emerging green energy industries, and implementing green and low-carbon energy transition. Mr. He said that in recent years, CPID has been active in the main track of clean energy and the new track of emerging green energy industries, and has accumulated certain advantages in technology, talents, capital and management. Mr. He expressed that SDGT has various subsidiaries in investment management, financial services, pharmaceutical retailing, marine fishery, etc., both sides have broad prospects for cooperation, and CPID is willing to cooperate with SDGT in rural revitalization, emerging green energy industries, integrated smart energy, industrial integration, etc., give full play to the respective advantages of both sides, and jointly contribute to the quality development of Shandong Province.

Mr. Luan expressed his gratitude to CPID for the cordial meeting. Mr. Luan said that SDGT is an important state-owned backbone enterprise in Shandong Province and the first provincial state-owned capital operating company in Shandong Province. At present, SDGT is accelerating professional integration, optimizing investment layout, focusing on strategic emerging industries, and laying out new energy sector business to achieve quality development. Mr. Luan said that SDGT and CPID have many compatible areas of cooperation and have a wide development space in the future, and hoped that both sides will strategically cooperate on a high-level platform and strengthen the synergy in equity investment, key projects, development funds, etc. to achieve mutual benefits and win-win situation, and jointly promote green and low-carbon and quality development.
