CPID Signs Cooperation Agreement with Guizhou Jinyuan Co., Ltd.
On June 20, 2023, Mr. Gao Ping, President of CPID, met with Mr. Lu Feng, General Manager of SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co., Ltd., in Guiyang, and both sides exchanged and discussed cooperation in the fields of energy storage, new energy, integrated smart zero-carbon power plants and integrated bases, and signed a cooperation framework agreement. Mr. Chen Kejun and Mr. Li Donglin, Vice General Manager of SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.
Mr. Gao said that the synergistic cooperation between energy storage and new energy is a necessary path for the development of China's power industry and an important part of the implementation of China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, and has good development opportunities. Mr. Gao expressed that CPID is willing to work with SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co., Ltd. to explore new modes of cooperation and development in energy storage, new energy project development and regional synergistic cooperation that meet the interests of both sides and bring into play the advantages of both industries, so as to contribute to the implementation of China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
Mr. Lu Feng welcomed Mr. Gao and his delegation and briefly introduced the development of SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co., Ltd. Mr. Lu said that CPID has professional teams and rich experience in energy storage, green electric transportation, coal power and renewable energy, and hoped that both sides would integrate resources and work together to jointly promote the further development of SPIC's projects in Guizhou.
Mr. Gao and Mr. Lu signed the cooperation framework agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
On principle of "mutual trust, resource sharing, practicality and win-win situation", both sides will carry out all-round strategic cooperation in the business areas of SPIC's five major industrial sectors and jointly promote the green and low-carbon quality development of enterprises to a new level.
