CPID and KEGOC Signs MOU on Research and Cooperation on Energy Storage Systems

On August 31, 2023, at the Second Sino-Kazakh Energy Technology Innovation Cooperation Forum, CPID signed a MOU on research and cooperation on energy storage systems with Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC).

Based on the MOU, CPID and KEGOC will combine their own advantages to promote cooperation in the field of green energy in an all-round way in the future. During the forum, Mr. He Xi, Chairman of CPID, met with the Chairman of KEGOC, and both sides discussed the prospects of development and cooperation.

Nearly 100 leaders and experts from the governments and industries of both countries attended the forum and carried out exchanges and discussions on green energy cooperation. China Power Energy Storage Development Limited, a new electrochemical energy storage platform of CPID, shared the technology and application of China's energy storage systems at the forum, and discussed the path and strategy for overseas energy storage development.
