Shandong Energy and SPIC Green Energy Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (State Nuclear Electric Power Planning Design and Research Institute) Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Rizhao City

On December 25th, the news conference of the Rizhao Shandong Iron and Steel Group’s Waste Heat Utilization Project was successfully held in Rizhao. At the conference, Shandong Energy Group of SPIC and SPIC Green Energy Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (State Nuclear Electric Power Planning Design and Research Institute) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Rizhao City.

Under the witness of Jia Gang, member of the Standing Committee and Deputy Mayor of Rizhao City, Wu Xiaorui, President of Shandong Provincial Energy Trade Union, Xing Fu, Executive Director and General Manager of Shandong Energy, and Gao Qingjie, General Manager of Green Energy (State Nuclear Electric Power Planning Design and Research Institute), the three parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

The agreement stipulates that the three parties will focus on green development, innovative development, multi-industry integration, and multi-energy integration in accordance with the principles of "equality, mutual benefit, complementary advantages, mutual support, long-term cooperation, and common development". With energy think tank service platforms, using new and offshore energy, building beautiful rural areas, and other important areas as the focus, they will establish a closer and more stable strategic cooperation to help adjust the energy structure of Rizhao City in its industrial upgrading and ecological environment protection. The project will turn Rizhao into a more beautiful, harmonious, civilized, and happy modern new city.
