Industry-University-Research Cooperation Forms New Productive Forces and China Power Creates a Green Dual-cycle Economy

On March 17, 2024, the 15th China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Conference was held in Beijing under the theme "Industry-University-Research Focus: New Forces, New Models and New Industries". The conference discussed how to implement strategies for national rejuvenation through science and education, talent empowerment, and innovation-driven development, focusing on overcoming key technological challenges, developing new productive forces, supporting and leading the construction of a modern industrial system, accelerating high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and promoting high-quality national development.

Mr. He Xi, Chairman of China Power International Development Limited (China Power), attended the conference as a specially appointed expert of the China Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration Association (CIUR). In media interviews, Mr. He stressed the importance of integrating green development and recycling throughout the entire production process of new energy systems from the design stage, and organically combining them with the adjustment of new productive forces and industrial structures to achieve green and efficient industrial upgrading.

At the conference, Xinyuan Jinwu (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (Xinyuan Jinwu), a subsidiary of China Power, signed cooperation agreements with several leading industrial enterprises to deepen the development of green energy.
