Wuling Power's Bidder Risk Intelligence Analysis Tool Wins Outstanding Application Award in SASAC's Innovation Competition

Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) released the "Outstanding Achievements of the 2023 Intelligent Supervision Business Model Innovation Activities". The "Comprehensive Risk Intelligent Analysis Tool for Bidders" independently developed by Wuling Power Corporation Ltd. (Wuling Power) won the "Outstanding Application Award" in the SASAC's Innovation Competition.

This event is an intelligent supervision innovation competition launched by the SASAC for all central enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, etc. The aim is to play a leading role in innovation and improve the digital and intelligent capability and level of state-owned assets supervision. A total of 476 companies with 796 achievements participated in the competition. After preliminary screening, initial evaluation and final evaluation, 160 outstanding achievements were finally selected for recognition and compiled into a volume for state-owned enterprises under the SASAC to learn and draw lessons from.

The risk intelligence analysis tool applies knowledge graph, autonomous learning, big data and other technologies to build a bidder risk intelligence evaluation model, comprehensively upgrade procurement risk control measures, accurately, quickly and comprehensively identify various risks of bidders in the bidding procurement process, and effectively reduce procurement costs.
