Qiyuan Green Power's First "Charge-Discharge-Battery Swap" Integrated Station Starts Operation

The first "charge-discharge-battery swap" integrated station of Shanghai Qiyuan Green Power Technology Co., Ltd. ("Qiyuan Green Power"), Chongqing Yubei Airport No. 2 Battery Swap Station (CF4 bidirectional mini station), was officially put into operation, marking a successful practice in exploring the integration of transportation and energy.

As the lead unit for the national pilot project on transportation, the station uses V2G technology to interconnect EVs, stations, and the grid. It meets multiple requirements, such as fast station construction, small land occupation, low construction costs, and ultra-fast energy replenishment, offering 4-minute battery swap services in an area of less than 40 m2, significantly enhancing energy supply within the park.

The bidirectional battery swap station leverages Qiyuan Green Power's independently developed edge-end intelligent equipment for battery and vehicle dispatch, enabling real-time interconnection between vehicles and stations. Moreover, the bidirectional charging system developed in cooperation with the ecosystem partners increases charging efficiency by 3%, greatly optimizing energy transfer processes and reducing energy losses during charging. For example, the station equipped with four Qiyuan Green Power's self-developed CTB-400 batteries for vehicle energy storage can save 100 MWh annually, achieving notable energy savings and emissions reductions.
