100% Green Energy Powers the 21st China-ASEAN Expo
Recently, SPIC Guangxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. ("SPIC Guangxi Electric Power") partnered again with the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center to supply green energy for the 21st China-ASEAN Expo ("CAEXPO"). Following its role in the 20th CAEXPO, SPIC Guangxi Electric Power has once again become the exclusive green energy supplier for the 21st CAEXPO, providing green electricity throughout the entire event, from opening to closing.
Through this agreement, SPIC Guangxi Electric Power is responsible for supplying green power to the center during the event. By partnering with the Guangxi Power Exchange Center, they provided around 2,000 MWh of green electricity, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 1,313 tons. This reinforces the CAEXPO's image as a green event, achieving 100% green power coverage for the exhibition area. The full adoption of green power at the CAEXPO is a practical step in advancing China's clean energy initiatives and reflects the nation's strong commitment to its "Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals. As a key platform for economic exchange in Southeast Asia, this partnership promotes green electricity consumption on an international scale, encouraging businesses and individuals to embrace green energy and expanding the circle of green power advocates.
