The technology has been promoted at Dabieshan Power Plant, Pu'an Power Plant, and Shangqiu CHP Plant. The precise ammonia injection modification technology for deNOx in thermal power plants leverages zoned high-precision measurement and intelligent control to achieve precise NOx emission control and improves air preheater efficiency. It reduces annual NOx emissions by 50-80 tons and creates RMB 1.5 million in benefits per unit. The solution has been successfully applied to eight units at Changshu Power Plant, Pingwei Power Plant, and Shentou Power Plant. The specialized boiler waterwall protection technology, based on a novel nano-composite coating, significantly improves resistance to high-temperature corrosion and reduces tube failure risks and unplanned outages. It delivers RMB 1.5 million in annual benefits per unit and has been implemented in Xinchang Power Plant and Haikou Environmental Protection Company. The RO membrane technology for power plants achieves a desalination rate of 99.7% ± 0.1% and a water production rate of 38 ± 3 LMH by regulating monomer diffusion speed and cross-linked network thickness during polymerization. It offers a high-efficiency, domestically developed solution for boiler feedwater preparation and circulating cooling water treatment.
