China Power Shandong's Provincial Integrated O&M Contract Capacity Exceeds 5 GW

China Power (Shandong) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its total contracted operation and maintenance (O&M) capacity has surpassed 5 GW, marking solid progress in advancing the province-level integrated operations strategy.

Actively aligning with SPIC's province-level integrated operations strategy, the company capitalizes on the rapid expansion of energy assets and has established an integrated operation model featuring provincial centralized control, regional maintenance and inspection, and unmanned smart power stations. Four regional maintenance and inspection centers have already been put into operation, forming a 90-minute service coverage network. Its per-capita O&M capacity has reached 13.6 MW, exceeding the corporate benchmark. To date, the company provides O&M services for 81 new energy power stations across 14 cities in Shandong Province, with its business footprint further expanding into Gansu Province.

Driven by resource restructuring, management innovation, and digital and intelligent transformation, the company has built an intensive, professional, and intelligent management system for new energy operations. It has set up maintenance centers in Western Shandong, Eastern Shandong, and Liaocheng, as well as the Gansu-Shandong Power Transmission Operation Center outside the province. Another center in Southwestern Shandong is under planning. This layout supports business development in Shandong and expansion into other regions, promoting coordinated regional growth and professional service delivery. By adopting a cluster-based management model that centralizes stations, personnel, and technical resources, the company has achieved integrated management of manpower, materials, and technologies. Meanwhile, practical tasks such as annual equipment maintenance and hazard identification have helped build a capable, responsible professional team.
