Pu'an Power and Huawei Digital Power Entered into Strategic Partnership

On June 3rd, at the SNEC 19th (2026) International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference & Exhibition in Shanghai, China Power (Pu'an) Power Generation Co., Ltd. (Pu'an Power) and Huawei Digital Power Technology Co., Ltd. (Huawei Digital Power) formally signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to jointly expand the green transportation sector, build a new zero-carbon freight system in mining areas, as well as assist enterprises in green and low-carbon transition and facilitate regional double-carbon development through industry-research collaboration.

The strategic partnership between the two parties is centered on fostering innovation in green transportation. By adopting the the mode of "fully liquid-cooled wind-solar-storage-charging supercharging station + smart microgrid + local production, consumption and supply of all green electricity", and taking the creation of "a network integrating green electricity, heavy-duty trucks and supercharging" as the core, the two parties innovatively take a "point-line-plane" approach to carry out the work step by step, comprehensively solve the problems of high energy consumption and high emissions in regional freight, and build a zero-carbon transportation development pattern that can be replicated and popularized. Moreover, the two parties will creatively explore a new mode of electricity-computing synergy and scientifically allocate green power resources through energy storage systems to supply power for charging and computing loads locally, thereby making effective use of local wind and photovoltaic power resources, and significantly improving the utilization rate of clean energy.
